Destiny 2

You might think that since Destiny 1 failed so abysmally that we would pay no attention to the sequel. If you did think that then you were obviously wrong considering here we are. Day one Destiny 2 clocks in at around 31GB, which is no small amount of space.

The new obsession

I am addicted to this game and it's seemingly endless loot and customization possibilities. There was so much details in the landscape and the design of the game you can tell it was made with love. I adore this game and recommend it to anyone that enjoys multiplayer games

Game Review: Destiny 2

Note: For the benefit of our readers, I will be avoiding major spoilers where possible in this review, regarding much of the story, powers and events. It is also a late review, so that I could experience some events and features added later in the game.

Feels and plays as good as any other top shooter; Plenty of hours of end game activities; Improved visual makes me wish I had a 4K console; Vibrant online community

Perhaps doesn't do enough to convince those not interested in first game; AI is still poor

Not much to see here

Game was good to start with and has a decent story but if like me and you became bored of the first one after about 30-40 hours I wouldn't bother getting it. I just can not be bother with the grind.

Whatever else it was, 2014's Destiny was a polarizing product, confused about its own identity and therefore confusing to consumers. Was it a failed MMORPG or a multiplayer shooter with a bolted-on campaign? Was it a Diablo- esque loot collection game? Was it a new genre?

"Good game"

Has a lot better features than the first game but it also has some things that aren't as good. Example… I miss the LMGs and some of the old subclass features Like how much you can customise them and stuff, which is gone. Still think it's a good game though

Like with any loot game, you'll eventually exhaust Destiny 2's content, but unlike the first Destiny, you'll likely feel a lot more satisfied when you do. The new raid, Leviathan, is much easier for new players to access in terms of gear requirements, and has an unexpected setting and some utterly...

Far superior

Have had this game for about 10 days and love it. So much better in every way to its predecessor. Can't praise it enough. Buy it, play it and enjoy it!

On first impression, there's a lot to love about Destiny 2, with stunning graphics and a much more accessible single player experience, but until we're running raids at 2am with a clan full of fellow Guardians, we'll have no idea if this has succeeded or not.
