Very good Expresso!!!
This machiine makes a very good expresso - and thats the idea after all! Compact, stylish, easy to use. Enjoy spending a bit of time to make the perfect coffee, where you can control everything, as opposed to just pushing a button.

Cons:
- stiff to fully engage the filter holder

Doesn't Work and Manufacturer was Contacted
Pros:
- Steam wand worked at least
Cons:
- System would not prime
- So it did not work
- I called manufacturer support and they told me to replace it

Great coffee maker.
I really like this product. I use it every day. It works great. It is a very versatile machine. My family is very pleased with it.

Excellent Machine
Bought this after much dithering over what model to buy and am thoroughly pleased with it. It makes an excellent cup of coffee in less time than it usually takes the kettle to boil. The water reservoir is large enough to not need constant refilling even when using the steam for milk.

coffe machine
i love this machine its fab, i am a coffee fan and to be able to make my fav coffees at home is great.<br />I found it easy to use and it looks great ive ended up buying kettle and toaster too .

Amazing coffee!
Used on daily basis to make lattes and cappuccino and does so fast and efficiently. Really need to ensure have the small espresso the cups to use as anything too big not always fit.

Much sought after machine
Had set my mind on getting coffee machine,but very difficult to get hold of a red one. Managed to track one down in Oxfordshire in the end. Worth the drive over to get exactly what I wanted. Am very pleased with my purchase,easy to use and makes a fab coffee.

Didn't last even two months!
This is the second machine I've bought from DeLonghi and the second to not work after just a short period of time so I am not at all impressed! The first I bought was the combination to make a regular pot of coffee and espresso machine.

A fantastic machine at a great price, coupled with funky looks!
I picked up the Icona from John Lewis in Stratford just before Xmas 2012, at a reduced price of ￡120 (RRP is ￡190 according to the Delonghi site). I'd been after a coffee machine for a while, and had considered the Nespresso and Tassimo alternatives, but loved the idea of fresh ground coffee.
