A flimsy coffee machine. The plastic and the metal components they look "cheap" and after one week they lost the patina.Specialy the drip tray is made of cheap plastics and the aluminium() cup holder is already scratched. Makes a reasonable coffee with some work.

I've been using this machine for over a year now and I love my espressos. My friends love the lattes and the mochas that it makes (I only use the LAVAZZA SUPER CREMA ESPRESSO WHOLE BEAN). This machine looks great and it's easy to clean/maintain.

I just got this DeLonghi Dedica EC680 15-Bar Pump Espresso Maker and I love it. Its so easy to use and makes great espresso. I love to make ice coffee drinks with this espresso maker. I cant say enough about this. I just love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It's all too easy to recklessly spend thousands of dollars in pursuit of the perfect home espresso. If all you crave are modest cafe-style drinks, than a budget machine will do the trick and for a tenth of the price. Splurging a little, however, does have its rewards.

Compact and attractive, the De'Longhi Dedica reliably and automatically pulls tasty espresso shots; The coffee maker also steams milk for cafe drinks and has a handy cup warmer

The De'Longhi Dedica costs a lot more than budget home espresso machines yet gets clogged by extra-fine coffee grounds and can't brew light roasts as well as premium products

Still gaining experience in its use. Bit hit and miss on getting consistent good crema layer but hopeful that purchase of tamper click mat will address problem.

I love this machine. It takes up a small space on the worktop. It can use my favourite home-ground coffee, avoiding the environmental damage caused by coffee pods.It is well worth spending time studying the instructions to set up the options, including the volume of coffee per one- or two-cup shot...

I love this unit. I look forward to my vanilla latte every morning. As good or better than what I was ordering in local coffee shops. Invest in a good grinder. No cup warmer. They should not advertise that as a feature. (Top of unit gets warm with use.) This doesn't bother me.

The frother alone is worth the price of the machine. Easy setup, well made, and capable of making even a complete novice look good...bought a second to give away to an espresso snob who has made it his go to machine.

Bought this for my birthday and I was really looking forward to enjoying a lovely coffee. Worked once but was cold then it never worked again! It's not easy to return either you have to speak to delonghi for them to confirm it doesn't work.
