A flimsy coffee machine. The plastic and the metal components they look "cheap" and after one week they lost the patina.Specialy the drip tray is made of cheap plastics and the aluminium() cup holder is already scratched. Makes a reasonable coffee with some work.

Bought this for my birthday and I was really looking forward to enjoying a lovely coffee. Worked once but was cold then it never worked again! It's not easy to return either you have to speak to delonghi for them to confirm it doesn't work.

Strong, aesthetically pleasing and makes the best coffee, every bit as good as that from a coffee house. Easy to use. Buy good coffee to get the most out of the machine. Produces a fine crema one can control, believe it or not. Has 15 bar pressure - essential.

This is an excellent coffee maker! Very easy to operate, it delivers great espressos and cappuccinos without taking up too much space in your kitchen. In addition to its outstanding performance, as an artefact, has that industrial feel that always goes with cool design.

Looks good, doesn't take up too much space and great that you can press a button and walk away; The last machine we had you had to turn off as the cup neared full

"After a lot of debating on whether to buy a pod based machine such as a Nespresso, Dolce Gusto etc, i decided to purchase the De'Longhi EC680 Coffee Machine as i wanted to have the convenience of pods but also have the ability to make a proper fresh espresso if i wanted too.

Nice and dandy looking machines that are dream for every coffee aficionado. But please buy only if you think that you would be lucky enough to run the machine without any hitches or never need any service or repair.
