I bought the Phantom 3 for my husband for Christmas 2016. We use it to check water troughs and the location of livestock on our ranch. Last July we received 8 inches of rain in one night. This caused flooding on a normally dry ranch. My husband flew the drone over a pond and had a switch error.

Incredible product, simply the best starter drone you can buy. Anything less than this is a waste of money. The Phantom is the best pro-sumer you can buy.

Wanted one of these for ages but the price put me off. Couldn't resist and given up and made the purchase. I can honestly say I am not disappointed. This drone is excellent. Easy to fly, great quality pictures and well worth the money and packed with loads of features via the dji go app.

The Phantom 3 is a breeze to fly. I was flying it on the first day I got it. The pictures and the video is great. My only issue is that I have not received the hard case yet. Customer service is prompt to answer any questions and are working with me to track down the case.

In a residential neighborhood, I could only send the Phantom about 1,500 feet away before starting to lose video feed and RC control; I'd prefer not to have to plug my mobile device in to the controller while flying

Love the drone, had given me some great pictures on multiple occasions. Easy to use and great quality... Just watch he reviews in YouTube (they'll be more accurate than anything I can fit into this review). ***** The bag itself is great, too since it can be used as carry on luggage.

I understand it's not the sellers fault, but I find this frustrating and I'm not sure If i will buy again...

This had the possibility of being a great investment, taking wonderful photos of everything around my town; The gim works great you can hardly tell you'er moving the drone; I wish this would have lasted more then a few flights

Motor caught fire during flight!!! "Smoked and then melted plastic then flipped" killed drone and single motor kept spinning, had to pull battery out; Can't return item! Possibility just lost over 799.00
