I was hoping to avoid the dropouts occurring, but it is no better than the old phone hotspotted for internet, and perhaps slightly worse for IoT things connected, as the wifi range isn't as good. This was a big hassle, as I have a number of switches and probes outside the house. Startup to get internet from it is rather slow, as in well over a minute, usually have to press the WPS and WLAN buttons several times before the internet light comes on. With the old Samsung phone, I just turned on hotspot, and seconds later my PC had internet. A bit of a waste of money! No, I would not recommend this product, but am unable to answer point 2, as it is off the bottom of my screen, below the SUBMIT icon, and wont scroll up

Terrible, internet drops out several times every day, often for a few hours. Turning it off then on again generally doesn't help, but if I put my SIM card back into the old phone and turn hotspot on, I have internet within seconds. Taking it back to the shop for a refund.
