Poorly Designed
If you connect a 10/100 device to ANY port on this switch, ALL ports will run at a peak speed of 10/100. Kiss your gigabit network goodbye

Great Product
The switch runs 24/7 and has not had any issues - I have not had to reboot it once yet. You can't go wrong with this switch.
Pros:
- - Does what it is supposed to do
- - Snap to set up and install
- - No problems at all
- solved network "bottle-necking
- - Has a cooling fan
Cons:
- - Does not fit our rack mount :

Works, cheap.
My equivalent Zyxel switch died after 3 years in my home network, this was $10 cheaper, so I bought it. I have no idea how its performance is compared to others, but for $50 it works, and that's all I really care about.
Pros:
- Works
- and is cheap
Cons:
- None

So far it's performing as expected. Good if you have a lot of devices that need to be networked. Has the look and feel of a real server rack without the bulk and price. The only issue one might have with this is the size which is a little big to have sitting on your desktop but if you can hide is...
Pros:
- Easy to install and lots of ports
Cons:
- Size

Works, but documentation is lacking
Had the product for only a day so durability is not part of my rating. Setup is pretty easy, just plug in your cables, and plug it in. It appears to be fanless (at least I can't hear a fan), and the power supply is internal (no brick). Speeds are Gigabit range from my informal file transfer tests.

Great 16 port switch reliable
Excellent switch that came with rackmount ears incase you want to rack it with other gear. Works great, no problems, perfect for only needing about 14 ports.
