I ordered this for drinking tea, it gives 6 choices of temps. For white, green, black etc. I use Teavana and I just plug this in and in about 2-3 minutes my water is ready to pour into my cup that lets the loose leaves steep and then my tea is made.

very very noisy, very very noisy, "keep warm" button located very close to "turn on" as a result accidentally we have hot water when we are at work :( do not recommend.

I love the features this kettle offers but the build quality has something to be desired :-/ I'm likely to stick with another high end brands kettle as I have in the past.

Loud Beep

I have been putting off getting an electric kettle and I am glad I waited and got this deal. It is a good one, and does what it says. One downside is that the exterior is not protected so if you pick it up too fast, you might scorch yourself from touching the sides after it boiled.

It does what I want, which is accurately and easily heat water to different temperatures for different kinds of tea. The shut off, if you don't want to keep water at temperature, takes some getting used to, but, overall, I'm pleased with the electric kettle.

Very pleased with my purchase, I've now ordered the matching 4slice toaster ðŸ˜Â.

Owned this for a few months now and its been performing great. Can't hear any difference in volume level but seems to boil quicker than our last kettle. There are 3 beeps for around a second each when it's boiled but you get used to it.

It's still working after a few weeks, works as advertised. Some people said the kettle is too loud, I find that the sound alerts are not loud enough. Only bad thing is that the finish on the kettle gets dirty easily. It's a real fingerprint magnet. 3 year warranty is great too.
