Excellent quality SSD Drive. Crucial has very good reviews and reputation for all things memory related. This drive came with current version Acronis software to transfer everything from old hard drive to new SSD. (Need a SATA to USB cable or enclosure to do this, but I had one already.

After much research I went with Crucial SSD for my 5 yr old Acer Laptop. It had a 500GB HDD that ran at 5400 RPM. The difference the SSD made is outstanding. Boots fast, loads programs much faster but most of all everything is much more stable.

Have bought a few of these for various PC applications. Easy to install. Instant performance increase over traditional hard disk drives. Decent value too. Recommended.

Crucial is playing a cautious game with its SSDs. It still hasn't launched a consumer PCI-E NVMe SSD, and when it debuted its first 3D NAND two years ago, it did so with a mid-range product, the MX300.

The Crucial MX500 ssd is much more than I expected for its price. I quickly cloned my laptop drive to it. The laptop is almost better than when it was new! Much faster boot-up and application running. The size provides adequate storage for my needs. I really recommend it .

Easy installation and cloning of old 120GB SSD onto the new 500GB one. The included transfer software was very easy to use and successfully cloned the old (full) drive in about 5 minutes.

I had absolutely no problems cloning my hard drive and installing the SSD. It is working brilliantly so fast and quiet. Before changing the hard drive I thought my fan was noisy, but now it is obvious it was the HDD. The Crucial MX500 is a brilliant product will recommend it highly.

I got this product because my HP Notebook 15-f387wm had a failing Seagate HDD (stock). I had a crash screen occur for no reason twice, which is why I thought the HDD was about to die. Fortunately, I had a 10-15 year old HDD laying around, so I installed it into my laptop.
