It a great 1 kilowatt power supply. It's an analog device, not a digital power supply but you save money with this unit. I bought a workstation motherboard on Ebay with two older generation Xeon processor and lots of ram and I didn't want to worry about power supply issues.

I am currently using this PSU for my 1st PC build. I have had zero issues with this unit in my Cooler Master Storm Trooper case. Everything runs perfectly, never had a random shut down, grounding issue or overheat.

An excellent power supply unit! I love the quet fan mode. Note: you must use 2 separate PCI-E power cables for AMD RX Vega 64 as this doesn't give enough power for a single cord/rail to support that card.

Overall I've been very satisfied with corsair's exceptional craftsmanship I absolutely love their H105 factory sealed liquid cooling and I'm just as happy with this power supply

Much quieter than my Thermaltake 500w psu; Nice easy to manage cables; Nice aesthetic, came well packaged with bags now used for spare component storage; Over all well built and a very easy installation and easy manage cables

None so far cables all fit snuggly into corresponding plug-ins unlike many have complained

The most surprising thing about this PSU for me was how quiet it is, most of the time the fan isn't operational. To get the thing under enough load for the temps to rise to the point where the fan actually starts is staggering and even then it's quiet.

Great PSU - easily takes care of a GTX 1080 SLI setup. Quiet (basically silent) operation. Stable and powerful. I found the Corsair software to be alright (hence the 4 star vs 5 star) and it clashed with some other config software on my computer. The other small letdown were the include cables.

This is a 1000w platinum grade power supply which I'm very happy I invested in. It's expensive but I got it with a rebate for $170 which I find worth it for energy costs and for building my new set-up. It has many ports (enough for many gigs inside the computer) and has a fan suitable for itself.

All round Superb PSU Very quite, even under full load from two R9 290's The fan doesn't work unless its been used over 25% of the PSU power and with 7 years warranty, for those who wants to spend some extra money but have a long lasting PC with the best PSU power efficiency on the market

It goes without saying that Corsair has some of the best power supplies on the market. The AX1200i and AX1500i power supplies have redefined what it means to be the best of the best, and they have proven to be the closest we have ever seen to being a perfect power supply.
