Corsair Gaming Sabre Optical RGB Review

For £50, the Sabre Optical is a very good mouse. We have no real complaints about the performance of the optical sensor, and the build and materials are reassuringly high quality. We do wish a sniper button had been included, but nonetheless for claw and finger grip users looking for a light, nimble...

The Corsair Sabre RGB is an ultra-lightweight mouse that gives you plenty of programmable buttons without cluttering the mouse. We found the CUE software to be useful and in the main menu it was easy to setup and use.

Lightweight; Software interface; Programmable buttons; 10,000 DPI; RGB lighting; Built-in memory

One weight; not customizable; Brightness of RGB lighting; CUE can be overly complex

Mouse is fine when it works

. When the devices (mouse & keyboard by Corsair) are logged off, they do not move the mouse. I assume it's a driver bug. I'll be returning these and getting another brand this week.

Corsair Sabre Laser RGB Mouse

It's always nice when a product surprises you and the Corsair Sabre Laser RGB has done just that, it's a damn good Gaming mouse that's really been designed for Gaming, with a great Laser sensor and well paced programmable buttons. The only oddity being that shortened right mouse button…

I love Corsair stuff

I love Corsair stuff, but after 6 months of use the mouse wheel stopped working and now is completely random which way it scrolls so I'll try a different brand next time.

Poor mechanical design and quality. Never purchasing Corsair mouse again.

I expected so much more from a company with a reputation like Corsair's, but this product has completely let me down. Logitech makes much more solid and reliable mice, 25+ years of use with their products has proven this to me. I will not be purchasing Corsair peripherals in the future.

Nice-looking cord with braided fabric cover (but still too stiff), RGB LED lighting, if you're into that sort of thing; Large anti-friction pads

The overall construction quality is very poor, made of thin, cheap plastic all around; The scroll wheel's axle broke less than 4 months after purchase because it was so thin and only supported on one side; I had to machine a new axle from brass to repair it.

Excellent gaming mouse to team up with my K70 RGB Keyboard, the high DPI combined with a luxury gaming mouse mat offers a silky smooth experience. Certainly a must have for any First Person Shooter or strategy player The software is straight forward to understand, and the RGB lighting can be teamed...

Corsair Gaming Sabre Optical RGB Gaming Mouse

Front of the packaging looks rather simple with Corsair Gaming logo and highlights of a few features available of the mouse. On the left side of the box, it mentions that you need an internet connection (duh) to download the latest Corsair Utility Engine Software.
