Corsair's Carbide Series Air 740 case reviewed

There are times in life where you just want to be comfortable. Maybe that involves driving a full-size truck when you could do with a subcompact instead, or wearing cargo shorts when a slim pair of flat-fronts might look better.

Corsair Crystal Series 460X RGB Review

There's an allure that glass has that just can't be mimicked by acrylic. Plenty of case manufacturers have tried, but in reality if you want that glass appeal, you need to use glass.

Corsair Crystal Series 460X RGB & 570X RGB Review

460X: £149 GBP @ CCL Computers / $ 150 USD 570X: £179.99 GBP @ CCL Computers / $180 USD In the computer case arena one phrase sums up the market quite accurately – "Do or die". Veteran brands of this sector know how easy it is to get left in the background and we've seen over the year's various...

As with the Carbide Air 540, the new addition to the Air-series is primarily meant for cooling your case. At slightly lower noise levels, the Air 740 manages to outperform the current model. The air tunnel design shows its potential when it comes to pure cooling power.

Corsair Crystal 460X ATX Mid-Tower Case

The Crystal 460X includes a set of radiator mounting screws, motherboard and drive screws, fan screws, cable ties, and separate user manuals for the case and SP120 RGB fans. The Crystal 460X includes a USB 3.0 front-panel header cable, a split-tipped power LED cable, HDD LED, Power and Reset button...

Great looking RGB fans provide excellent cooling; Supports a 3x 120mm front and 2x 120mm top radiators simultaneously; Supports oversized motherboards to at least 10.7" deep; Relatively compact exterior dimensions

RGB controller has no "off" function; Extremely limited space for cable management; Extremely limited space around power supply; Cannot support 3x 120mm radiator; long power supply; and 3.5" drives simultaneously; Top-panel radiator extends fans 1" below the motherboard top; leaving only 1.4" of...

Stunning looks, excellent cooling, horrible cable management

This would be an excellent case for limited hardware builds with a small form factor modular power supply. Think twice for SLI builds with multiple SSD's and HDD's unless you want to spend a fortune on custom cables or hours on cable management.

Stunning looks with the lightly smoked tempered glass side and front panels; Excellent airflow for cooling; Once your system is built you can sit back and admire your hard work, this really is a beautiful case

Very limited controls and colors from the built in controller for the RGB fans; Limited to a handful of modes and colors, turning off the lights requires unplugging either the LED headers for the fans or the power to the block; The included RGB fans are a lot louder than I was hoping.

Worth 5 stars.

Case is an absolute beast! I truly love the size and airflow and design. When purchasing, the shipping was fast and packaging was great! Truly an amazing purchase.

Overall, you really can't go wrong with this case. I'm a huge fan of the air series. My last case was the 540 and now this case is really all that much better! 5 2.5" along with 3 3.5" storage makes lots of room for memory.

Very well built case; It's easy to get even your biggest components installed and still have adequate airflow throughout; I can easily fit 4 giant case fans (included) plus a H115i water cooler and still have 2 more fans in the bottom (if I needed them)!

You need a beast of a machine to make this case look full! If you aren't running at least 2-3 bulky video cards or an elaborate custom water cooling system; it looks empty
