I'm installing this router in a small pharmacy w/10 computers and a surveillance system. Other than the upcoming difficulties with configuration, I have alot of confidence in Cisco's small business equipment.

Device was selected for NAT/Firewall with IPSec remote access for small office. Easy installation for Internet NAT/firewall. Simple installation and using of remote access with QuickVPN (IPSec client from Cisco). There are a lot of options for VPN with manual settings.
They sell this under the SOHO market, it really is a router that can be fine-tuned to professional levels. this is why Linksys and CISCO make a great team. this router can be as easy as you want or detailed like the big boys. Excellent value.
Easy to install, issues with multiple SIP devices, VPN to multiple networks also very unstable and regular reboots are need. User interface is slow. If you want a router in a small office use a RV042G these are much better equipped to handle more complex setups and Multiple SIP connections.
This router doesn't work well with static IP. In most cases it doesn't work at all (as per Cisco). If you don't need to setup a VPN and therefore don't need a WAN static IP, look elsewhere. For a newer product, support is scarce.
I used it for a half-a-year, giving it a chance and trying things like updating firmware, scheduled reboot, connecting my network switches differently, changing settings, etc.
The name, Cisco; Unfortunately means nothing in this case
Slow; Web interface is slow; DNS resolution is slow; LAN speed is slow.
