FLAWS

Has problems detecting paper when there is clearly paper in the tray, but this leads to my major issue with this thing. any time there is a glitch where it says it can't print a photo, despite using no ink the catridge just skips over that unused ink to the next one.

Picture printing is straight forward and prints are great too.

I just couldn't get to work with Wi-Fi, so gave up on that. Works perfectly well by transferring pictures to a USB flash drive (easy if I can work it out) for the computer or slotting in the SDHD card from the camera. Picture printing is straight forward and prints are great too.

Well I can't recommend a printer that you can't buy ink for. Over time the delicate ink cartridges fail. You will end up with packets of the post card sized paper but no ink. There is nowhere the ink appears available without paper as well. So - don't buy a CP1200.

SOFTWARE included in Bundle

I have tried for multiple hours in the last 3 days to download a product in the Bundle that comes with this camera without success. Hallmark Photo Projects Studio. The install on the documentation did not work. I was able to open a problem ticket with Technical Support.

Convenient

This printer is very convenient and prints out photos quickly and effortlessly. It's nice because you can easily pack it up and take it with you if you need it. The photo paper and ink cartridges can get pricy, so I'd only recommend using it for printing out pictures here and there that you need...

Canon Selphy CP1200 Review: Portable Printer Delivers Quality Photos

If you want good-looking prints when you're out and about, the portable Canon Selphy CP1200 photo printer is a good choice: It produces high-quality borderless photos of up to 4 by 6 inches and offers a lot of features for $97.

Produces good-looking photos; Multiple ways to connect to the printer; Many photo-printing option

Wireless printing is particularly slow; A little bulky for a portable printer; Battery pack costs extra

Not an inkjet printer, but makes good prints

The Wal-Mart description calls this an inkjet printer, which is it not. It uses a dye-sublimation technology, which uses a large ribbon which lays down the 3 primary colors in 3 passes through the printer, then lays down a clear layer over the top.

Good liitle Photo printer

The printer gives you really good 6 x4 photos, the only problem was it was advertised with £10 cash back for which no information was given, it took several phone calls to find out how.

Easy to use

I bought this for my 88 yr old mother-in-law and she absolutely loves it! The printer has great features with the USB port, sd card port, screen and editing within the app from her iPad.
