Canon SX610 HS
Overall, this a great little camera, though the small size can make it a little slippery to handle with big hands. It has a lot of cool features, but also some minor issues, and missing features, that might turn some people off. They almost have it right with this camera.
Pros:
- *Sleek look *18x Optical Zoom *Picture size is adjustable (less resizing) *Great picture quality *Includes HDMI and A/V outputs *Lots of cool features
Cons:
- *Does not use a simple USB connection for transferring photos and video to computer (must use wi-fi to upload to server) *Pop-up flash can get annoying (you have to raise it manually) *Hand grip is a little small
- which makes handling the camera a little tricky
- especially for people with big hands...

Perfect Partner for every day life
Canon PowerShot is a reasonable conservative camera with a long 18 x zoom. It's stacked with elements, including Wi-Fi and Canon's fun Creative Shot mode. On the off chance that you need a long zoom camera go for SX600 HS is the best option with a base of price mode.

Canon SX610 HS
A small PowerShot digital camera, for those who do not know a PowerShot can be little larger than an IXUS the smallest of Canoncameras or as large as the small end of Canons DSLR range, so here it is at the IXUS end of the range.

While Canon's PowerShot SX610 HS camera has reached the 20 megapixels of resolution threshold -- a level of resolution that seemed unlikely for most point and shoot cameras just a few years ago -- just reaching 20MP isn't enough to guarantee that the SX610 is a great camera.

Wi-Fi
I am just learning how to use this camera, but it seems pretty intuitive. I plan to take it on my next trip , so I will know better later. One stumbling block for me is my current inability to upload into my desktop. I still have Windows XP and it is compatible with 7 and 8.
Pros:
- Nice feel in my hands
Cons:
- Problem with uploading into computer
