I sent the camera in and they just sent me an E-mail that they were going to exchange my "new" hardly used camera with a used one. I called them to complain, but they told me that that's they way they do things. Also, the used camera has the same serial number sequence that has problems.

I brought it because of the feature set and portability over my DSLR.So far I have been very pleased with it's output and functionality.I can see how maybe the flash could be annoying to some people but I find it quirky and amusing almost...
Bought this camera on Saturday as is always the way at full price, now its on sale!... tested it yesterday, takes amazing picutres the zoom is unbelievable and has some great in camera features.
I was looking for a compact camera that takes great picture, is easy to use outside, and had a good zoom to use when I don't want to carry my DSL and lenses. This camera isn't the one.
