Printer output good. Shame that the software disks did not have 64 Bit version drivers. Had to trowel Canon website, which kept going down and finally downloaded and installed to 64 Bit machines on the network.

having purchased this unit 2 years ago, it has proved to be a real asset. the only drawback and complaints from employees stem from the somewhat sluggish print speed. if you're looking for basics multi-function capabilities then there are probably better options out there.
reliable; durable; High Quality Output; paper handling; never runs hot; great with #10 envelopes; no strange or random noises in standby / sleep; precise alignment / layout in duplex and booklet
some what sluggish print speed; no automatic paper sensing
The Canon Color imageClass MF9280Cdn ($2,295 list), a color MFP (multifunction printer) for workgroups and small offices, is a slightly enhanced version of the Canon Color imageClass MF9220Cdn ($1,000 street, 3.5 stars).
Good set of MFP features; Duplexing ADF; Low claimed cost per page; Multiple drivers included
PostScript driver slow and PCL driver extremely slow at printing Acrobat files; Slightly sub-par photo quality
This was an expensive copier for light duty work and home use. I work out of my home office and print maybe 5 pages a day. I am not an IT person, and was able to hook this up so my work and home computers could each use it. But, I wanted to scan items and send the file to my work computer.
