At frisk I was a little sketched out about this purchase but after obtaining the camera after 6 to 7 days or so I will say it was worth the money and I had nothing to worry about!!!

This is my first XXD camera having owned the XT, XTi and XSi prior. I never was in a position to be able to afford this one but was fortunate enough to obtain it from my youngest son in exchange for the XSi.

Brilliant DSLR!
Great DSLR. Good for enthusiastic beginners who want to advance as it goes from basic auto modes to quite advanced features. Been using this for a few years now with a variety of lenses and has never failed to impress and gets the job done.

good camera for price
package came way ahead of schedule but also had to pay duties on it (sad face) the battery was dead on arrival but it did charge and so far just getting used to the rotary dial for setting changes, cant wait to take it out and start shooting

Canon has been busy redesigning its range of cameras, now creating four distinct levels. The is regarded as Canon's current amateur camera, the is aimed at semi-pros, and cameras such as the and 1DS Mark III are firmly aimed at professionals.

Awesome first DSLR
If I were ever to upgrade, I would look into the 5D series. Glass>Camera though.
Pros:
- Even after some years, this camera is great, and I have no need of upgrading
- It does everything I could ask
- All I want now is more L glass

Very good camera. Live View this could surely be better, but it works if we have to use it sometime.

Great Product But little disappointed!!
I Did a lot of research b4 buying this great camera. After 1 year i purchased this Guy. <br /><br />This camera is packed with a lots of options that are useful, for a photographer. It feels little heavy in the initial days but the build quality is outstanding.
