Excellent camera, I upgraded from a 600D to have full frame and be able to shoot things at ISO 6400 with no problems (and 12500 in case of extreme emergency) is wonderful. Have had it in the rain and no problems at all, nice to have two memory slots if you're shooting a wedding and suddenly ran out...
This is a wonderful camera!
This camera has great improvements on the already fantastic 5D Mk2. The most striking being its performance in low light and the quiet shutter. One can still get decent photos at ISO6400. The in-camera lens chromatic corrections are also very useful (especially with the 16-35mm f2.8L II).
Very very good, but bit over-priced
My friend got this camera. I can tell you this is really a legendary camera, a worthy successor of the 5D Mk2. Image quality is very good and about the video capabilities, I need not say anything. Many commercial short movies were shot using its predecessor and this one continues the legacy.

Having just looked at a small DSLR unit, this is a bigger one with a large lens, certainly not something to fit in a pocket and definitely something to attach the neck strap to unless of course you are into a tough fitness regime when it may not seem heavy.

I cannot speak high enough of this camera. The AF system is amazing. The features are daunting to say the least but worth every penny. I cannot think of a shooting situation that cannot be covered with this camera. The build of the camera feels great so I don't feel like I am holding an egg.
