Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens Review
The Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens is designed as a step up from the standard-at-review-time 18-55mm IS kit lens. The 18-135's most attractive features are a wide (7.5x) focal length range , a low price , a relatively light weight/small package, and a very nice IS (Image Stabilization)...

The Canon EF-S 18-135/3.5-5.6 IS is a wide to telephoto zoom and gives the same angle of view range as a 28-216mm lens would on a full frame 35mm camera. This range covers a lot of applications from landscapes at the 18mm wide end, through portrait shots in the 50-80mm range and on to sports and...

Canon EF-S 18-135mm IS
Its optics are great, and it has unusually great handling. It is a very sturdy lens; almost the entire body is the zoom ring, and zooming and focus are a breeze. Close focus is only 1.5 feet (0.45 meters), so if you can see it, you can shoot it!

Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS review by makcv113
I bought this lens with the Canon 60D, and I use it on a 40D for the imaging company I work for. My work needs a zoom and I chose this over the 17-85mm that I sold recently. My backup lens to the 18-135mm is actually the 18-55mm.
Pros:
- Zoom range
- image quality
- versatility
- price
Cons:
- Slow aperture
