Call of Duty is a peculiar series. Each year it shifts millions of copies and is greeted with near unanimous critical praise, yet it also attracts a special kind of hatred from a vocal segment of the gaming community that consider it a microcosm of everything that is wrong with modern gaming.

You'd never ascertain the popularity of the Call of Duty franchise based on internet chatter. With seemingly just as many detractors as supporters, the franchise has been a victim of schadenfreude while laughing all the way to the bank.

Now, where were we? Oh yeah, so in 2011 a Russian Ultranationalist by the name of Imran Zakhaev decided to puppeteer a series of international events to sidetrack the US and NATO while he set plans in motion -- in secret -- to bring the former Soviet Union back to the main stage.

The controls are NOT easy. The sensitivity if all over the place. Hard to get good control of the game play. Screens are dark and can't see the stairs and people below and where you are walking. Over all, meh. I am sure you get used to it, but it's not easy.

This is far one of the best games I have played yet thru COD. The weapons upgrade are amazing, and the graphics are much better than the first cod's The only thing I miss is combat training, where you can set up the game the way you want it.

I learned many Wii players complained about the darkness in the game; I did not experienced it much, it is all due to the component cable; It is amazing to see how much difference it makes on the graphics; It did not cost me a fortune either; I spent $5 on the cable.

When I seen the online price of this game, I had to buy it! In the store it's regularly $50. I found it a little difficult to play with the wii remote and nunchuck, and the zapper, so I ended up buying the classic controller. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

The game itself is what I expected, even the WII version looks great and is a lot of fun to play. I just wish the WII could support the much clearer and detailed graphics of the other gaming systems...
