Good fast paced action

Bought for the story mode and graphics. I have not payed for the online. I was well impressed within the opening scene. With earphones on for direct surround sound added to the effect. Continuous action and short loading scenes.

Call of Duty: Ghosts Onslaught Review

I like horror enough, but I've never understood those horror-movie fans who for whatever strange reason idolize the stalker-serial killer. I admit I never tried to talk to that one guy in high school, but in my defense I was already a socialliy awkward video game nerd.

Camp of Duty Any experimentation is good, Fog's tangled middle & open, yet cramped cabins, Field Orders still fun, prepare to ignore KDR, Interactive maps, trolly car and engine fire, Ignition; More like this please

Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS4) - Review

A while back, I wrote an article comparing film criticism and game criticism, and at the time my opinion was that game review criticism was more credible due to the fact that it was common practice to take graphics, sound, story, gameplay, controls, value, and dozens of other factors into...

Call of Duty: Ghosts Review – Xbox One

Back for my fourth and final review of Call of Duty: Ghosts, this time we are checking out the Xbox One release, possibly the most anticipated version of all the platforms, new and old, yet sadly the most lacking.

Positives Thrilling single-player campaign and great new take on multiplayer with larger maps and new modes

Negatives Native 720p and default upscaling creates jaggy, blurred graphics with reduced draw distance; Spawning and camping issues persist in multiplayer; No quality supported headsets yet; 40GB install eats up a tenth of your hard drive

Call of Duty: Ghosts - Onslaught review

The moment thousands of haters have waited for is finally here. Call of Duty is wobbling. Reviews of Ghosts were more wearily critical than usual, and with sales noticeably down on those of its predecessor, it seems gamers too may be growing tired of the annual "corridors and carnage" formula.

Call Of Duty: Ghosts Review

Lingering within the expansive realms of over nine iterations of Call of Duty titles are a vast universe of cultural references, emotional crescendos, groundbreaking technologies and genre-defining set pieces, which over that time have seen the series germinate, grow and spread wildly into the...

Visual perfection; Creative and varied level design; Quality facial animation and voice acting

Mercilessly linear; Derivative and unoriginal storyline; Chaotic and uneven pacing

Call of Duty: Ghosts

Ghosts is a cookie cutter game with a little touch of alien frosting on top. However, the well-designed multiplayer maps, soldier customization, and polished gameplay is more than enough to sink your teeth into.

Fantastic; polished controls the series is known for; Multiplayer is as entertaining as ever

Single-player missions are a snoozefest; Squads is more of a practice mode for beginners than a successor to Spec Ops; Extinction doesn't hold the same appeal as Zombies
