Giving this game a zero is silly, BUT giving a blind 10 is just as dumb. In my opinion it is a good game but not great. Campaign is best enjoyed with friends and multiplayer is decent. I am not a fan of the movement and special abilities. Graphics and frame rate is excellent, better than halo.

Another cog.

If the Call of Duty franchise is a well-oiled machine, Black Ops III is the replacement part that keeps the wheels moving into yet another year. It introduces minor changes to an established formula, and in some aspects, this is developer Treyarch near its peak.
Pros:
  • Multiplayer specialists offer initial novelty
  • Zombies is a weird
  • rewarding cooperative experience
  • Varied
  • well designed multiplayer maps
Cons:
  • Boring
  • incomprehensible campaign
  • Co-op is more of a slog than single-player
  • Little multiplayer variety after 10 hours

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Review

Where do you start with Call of Duty? It's hard not to wonder, in the lead up to a new Call of Duty game, what the series might have left to give. Gone are the days where these games seemed to actually have something to say about warfare, and although Advanced Warfare showed off some new tricks it...

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 review – too much?innovation

Call Of Duty's most concerted effort to break the usual formula is unfortunately the most unsatisfying sequel in years, especially the badly flawed story campaign.
Pros:
  • Specialists are a great addition to the multiplayer and the enhanced movement system works well
  • Usual excellent map design
  • Cyber Cores are fun and there's certainly plenty of content
Cons:
  • The campaign mode quickly becomes a chore to play through, with dull enemy encounters and a poorly told story
  • Zombies mode has seen little innovation

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 review

The immediate objection there is that, going by the average Call of Duty cutscene, the movie would be an absolute stinker. And besides, the flashes of verve in Zombies and during the Black Ops 3 campaign's more deranged, self-referential chapters suggest that an unreservedly marvellous Call of Duty...

It's becoming increasingly difficult to remember all that's been done in the Call of Duty franchise. There are so many titles that even someone who plays games for a living has to stop from time to time to check Wikipedia.
Pros:
  • Solid visuals
  • Massive multiplayer
  • Really fun zombie mode
Cons:
  • Boring and confusing storyline
  • Short campaign
  • Forgettable characters

PS4 Review - 'Call of Duty: Black Ops III'

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a dark, gritty future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines are blurred between our own humanity and the cutting-edge military robotics that define the future of combat.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III Review

Both Advanced Warfare and Black Ops III look disappointingly older-gen. (Maybe a tad crisper.) Facial animations have that annoying rubbery look. Hallways and other structural staples look bland at times or, worse, like wallpaper patterns. There is no sense of wow factor.
Pros:
  • A lot of content
  • more for the single player than probably any CoD ever
  • Including a second campaign with zombies
Cons:

(PlayStation 4 Review) Call of Duty: Black Ops III

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a feature-rich, at-times surreal entry that has a lot to offer series fans, despite not always knowing when to say when. The expanded modes, increased maneuverability, and non-traditional storyline distinguish it from its predecessors, and players who have enjoyed the...

It feels kind of weird starting a Call of Duty review without me mentioning how new I am to the series, but the truth is I can't really call myself a newcomer anymore. I played Ghosts back when the PS4 launched and since then I have been pretty hooked on the series.
Pros:
  • Zombies mode l Co-op everything l Lots of modes l Amazing visuals l Fast paced l Pure fun
Cons:
  • Campaign Voice Acting l Lacking set pieces
