Absolutely perfect

My Epson was a great machine, fantastic quality prints, but only when it chose to work. I had many frustrations with the ink - the cartridges were full but the microchip swore they were empty and refused to print anything until I replaced the perfectly good cartridge. What a waste of money!

Brother MFC-J825DW multifunction inkjet printer

Low paper input capacity and cost-cutting starter inks shouldn't turn you away from the Brother MFC-J825DW. Its print quality is more than good enough for occasional or regular printing needs, and it's got a comprehensive set of features.

Feature-packed; Limited Web connectivity

Great Value for Practical average printing works

Initially, I was aiming at Canon MX 885 as my benchmark for printing speed/quality based on my research on a few website reviews. I made up my mind until I saw the actual physical unit in the store. The printer is bulky and the built quality is not to my liking.

Why did I wait thing long

Works for us, and is just so much better than our old Epson. Only needed for printing teens' homework and our personal stuff. Avg less than 10 pgs/day. Intuitive and easy to use. Compact design. Touch screen is a breeze. Nice to have fax/scanner too.

Brother MFC-J825DW review

The MFC-J825DW is one of the most fully-featured inkjet MFPs in Brother's range. It can print, scan, copy and fax, connect to wired or wireless networks, and print photos directly from a memory card.

This multifunction inkjet printer can do everything a basic home office needs

The Brother MFC-J825W, at $229, represents the higher end of home office multifunction inkjet printers. As you'd expect it's got every feature that this price-point demands: an automatic document feeder, a split photo/plain paper tray, scan/copy/fax built-in, a 3.3in touchscreen and direct printing...

Truly Impressed

Being so used to that noise of the printer waking up and beginning to print, the first time I tried this printer, I was in the other room on my laptop (cause my wife was on her computer next to the printer). When I didn't hear anything printing, I hit print again.

Not only is the print quality on this very high, I was very surprised to find how easy it was to set up for both Windows and Linux; It is loaded with features and the touch screen interface makes accessing them extremely simple.

Brother MFC-J825DW review

It's not as sleek as the HP Envy 110, but Brother's new MFC-J825DW is still pretty neatly designed considering that it crams a printer, scanner, copier and fax machine into its compact black chassis.

Compact, four-in-one printer; good text and photo output at respectable speeds; reasonably priced ink

Needs software update for Lion and AirPrint

This printer was indeed purchased at a bargain price BUT the tray on which CDs are mounted for printing was not with the rest of the components. This was one of the reasons I even considered buying it.

Performance, Features, Reliability, Price Make Brother Color All-in-One MFC-J825DW a Winner!

I first had hands-on with this printer back in August and recommended it for the back-to-school crowd.  Now, after using it since that time, I am even more a fan of this little wonder.  That is why I am recommending the MFC-J825DW as a wonderful holiday (and any time) choice for homes, dorms and
