We got this printer 8 months ago and it is HORRIBLE. We have already had to call customer service several times due to printing issues. At least once a week it will print out with lines missing then we have to go through the cleaning process (sometimes through 2 or 3 cycles) and this is something we...

Brother MFC-J5930DW A3 Colour Inkjet Printer

great printer. The Brother MFC-J5930DW is a very handy printer with many features which i find very convenient for me such as its 4 in 1 function of printing, scanning, copying and also fax. Its max paper size is also A3 as supposed to A4 which is a bonus.

This business-centric all-in-one nails the big stuff, providing tabloid-size printing at a low cost per page. The print quality is very good, and its single-pass ADF does automatic two-sided scanning.

Does tabloid-size printing; Competitive print quality; speeds; Excellent cloud; mobile-device support; Low cost per page; Single-pass; auto-duplexing ADF; High paper capacity from three sources

No NFC; Potpourri of mobile apps should be one or two comprehensive ones

Fast and quiet and prints cardstock

We've always used HP printers, but they don't print card stock effectively. We bought this Brother printer recently and it prints card stock or photo paper with ease. In addition, we can feed envelopes to be printed which we couldn't do on our most recent HP printer.

Great Printer

The printer is simple to set up and use, the controls are very user friendly and the print quality is plenty good enough for my needs. I do have a suggestion for Brother, before I bought this model I contacted customer service and said I wanted a printer with two paper trays, they steered me to this...

Brother MFC-J5930DW

The Brother MFC-J5930DW provides great value in a wide-format all-in-one printer. Its virtues include good speed and output quality, an abundance of connection choices, very low running costs, a good feature set including cavernous paper capacity and a single-pass, two-sided scanner, and the ability...

Good output quality across the board; Very low running costs; Prints at up to tabloid size; Voluminous paper capacity; Single-pass two-sided scanning

Can't scan, copy, or fax tabloid-size documents; Large and heavy for an inkjet

Great AIO

I didn't expect it to be so large however I will keep because it meets my needs. Like others I had issues with the setup but I was able to get all of the functions working.

Brother MFC-J5930DW Review

The Brother MFC-J5930DW ($299.99) is one of a small but growing number of color inkjet all-in-one printers for micro and home offices that can print at up to tabloid size (11 by 17 inches). It is slightly smaller and sells at a lower price than the similar Brother MFC-J6935DW, which adds the ability to copy, scan, and fax tabloid-size sheets. Both the MFC-J5930DW and the MFC-J6935DW, which are part of Brother's INKvestment line, have considerably lower running costs than most inkjets, including the Editors' Choice HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer, but it falls short of that Editors' Choice model in that it is unable to fax or scan wide-format documents. Otherwise the MFC-J5830DW is a good alternative, particularly if keeping your cost per printed page down is paramount. A Large but Powerful All-in-One The MFC-J5930DW measures 14.7 by 20.9 by 15.7 inches (HWD) and weighs 45 pounds, large and heavy enough that it will need a table or bench of its own. Standard p...

The Brother MFC-J5930DW AIO can print at up to tabloid (11-by-17-inch) size, but unlike some competing systems, can't scan, copy, or fax wide-format documents.

Impressive

First impressions are this is a big but not massive printer, I even managed to fit it on my desk. You receive printer, a full set of inks, you have a black, Cyan, Magenta and yellow, you can buy them in standard or high capacity.
