Brother MFC-J4620DW

The Brother MFC-J4620DW ($179.99) offers one notable feature for a light-duty inkjet multifunction printer (MFP) at its price: the ability to print at up to tabloid (11-by-17) size. The caveat? You have to do it manually, by feeding it one sheet at a time.

Prints on single sheets at up to tabloid (11-by-17-inch) size; Compact; Can connect via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and NFC

Somewhat slow; Subpar graphics; Tabloid-size printing limited to feeding individual sheets; Limited paper capacity

Brother MFC-J4620DW Review

The Brother MFC-J4620DW ($179.99) offers one notable feature for a light-duty inkjet multifunction printer (MFP) at its price: the ability to print at up to tabloid (11-by-17) size. The caveat? You have to do it manually, by feeding it one sheet at a time. The MFC-J4620DW ($866.49 at Amazon) has a nice range of connectivity choices, including Wi-Fi Direct and NFC, making it a good choice for printing from mobile devices. It shares its tabloid printing ability and many other features with other printers in Brother's Business Smart Series, which has spawned several Editors' Choice models, including the Brother MFC-J4410DW ($851.20 at Amazon) , the Brother MFC-J4510DW , and the Brother MFC-J4610DW ($910.93 at Amazon) . They are minor variations on the same theme. For example, the Brother MFC-J4610 has a 400-sheet paper capacity, while the others have a 150-sheet capacity, and the Brother MFC-J4610 and the MFC-J4510 have a 3.7-inch color touch screen, while the other two MFPs have s...

The Brother MFC-J4620DW is a MFP for home-office or micro-office use that can print at up to tabloid size, though you'll have to feed it one sheet at a time to do so.

I am Walking on Air

Tonight, I am walking on air - at last I can print straight from my tablet.... this new Brother is just the prescription for anyone to avoid sending that document to yourself, just to print it through your laptop !! .... and if that weren't enough, I can scan and copy too.

Brother MFC-J4620DW review

The new MFC-J4620DW sits in the middle of Brother's small/home office range, delivering A3 printing and A4 scanning, copying and faxing. It also has the ability to connect directly to a range of cloud-based services such as OneDrive and Dropbox and to a wide range of mobile devices such as...

Great Connectivity

The printer is great so far and connects to my iPhone seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The one setback is that the cd is needed to set up wireless scanning to my pc.

Poor Customer Service and Product Support

Absolutely disappointed. The wireless connection is unreliable and inconsistent after trying multiple networks. Worse yet is Brother's disregard for customer service. Brother team views it perfectly acceptable to fail to stand by their products in providing effective customer support - they don't...

Brother MFC-J4620DW

Brother has a range of smart SOHO (small office, home office) all-in-ones that share much of the same design while also having the ability to print single A3 sheets. The MFC-J4620DW sits in the middle of this range, but offers many of the facilities printer buyers will be looking for.

Front-panel USB and card slots; Connect to online storage without PC; Foldaway 20-sheet ADF

Very noisy paper feed; Insipid colour copies; Internal USB/Ethernet connections
