I JUST GOT THE PRINTER PROGRAM TO WORK. THE PROGRAM DISK WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT SO IT TOOK ME A LITTLE LONGER TO GET IT WORKING. IT IS DOING A GOOD JOB NOW.

Had it a few month. No problems, looks good, works well, easy to operate, easy to change inks. Not tried A3 though. Sometimes I can't get it to print double sided from iPad, but think that's more my technological knowledge. Used with Windows laptops, iPad, iPhone, friends none Apple phone too.

This printer has so many useful features that it is hard to believe the price! How I have survived for so long without a WiFi printer that enables printing directly from smart phones and tablets as well as PCs and MACs is a mystery, but now I don't have to because this printer does the lot!

I bought this product recently as i commenced university. Is everything I need with the copy feature quailty giving photocopiers a run for their money.

Absolutely disappointed. The wireless connection is unreliable and inconsistent after trying multiple networks. Worse yet is Brother's disregard for customer service. Brother team views it perfectly acceptable to fail to stand by their products in providing effective customer support - they don't...
