Output quality is a touch below par for graphics and significantly below par for photos
Brother's stated desire to get into the workgroup printer and multifunction market has been well realised with its new range of machines. At the top of these, the MFC-9970CDW is a multifunction with all the trimmings.

This is a very nice printer. The best option that it has , is the emailing your documents directly to your email. It does everything and more. The only negative this is that it is too big. You will need a large desk to accommodate the size.

Scanning and duplexing works very well; very quick and good reproduction. Two-sided faxing capability is great. Printing is sharp for text and business graphics. Color printing is good for a laser. Not sure about toner life, or maintenance yet as I've only had it for a few weeks.
The flagship MFC-9970cdw was the final release of the series and offered the most interesting features including a 5-inch color touchscreen display, a legal-sized scan flatbed with duplex capability, a 50-page ADF and wireless connectivity.
Quick print speeds; Ease of use; USB Direct Print and Scan
Some flaws with fine color prints; Processing pauses

Doesn't Jam; Good Value; Easy to Use; Fast; Quality; Easy to Set Up; Performance
