Nice!

Very quiet, quicker responses than I expected, & smooth accurate scanning - quality build. Easy setup - ignore included disc, just go directly to brother & download latest drivers & software in one file - run that one file & you're done.

This printer is great with copying paper and the only con part about it that you would need to buy a USB cable in order for the wireless printing works. Other than that the printer is great.

Brother MFC-7860dw Review

We recently finished up our review of the MFC-J6710dw All-in-One , the mid-level inkjet from the MFC-J6000 series, so now we have turned our attention to the new MFC-7000 series, the "first in the category" to include both duplex printing and wireless connectivity in a model priced under $300.

Quick print speeds; Good print quality; 35-sheet ADF

Occasional paper jams; No front side USB port

Deletes existing software

Hard to write a review that is impartial. At first is was a little difficult to set up but seems to work well. Problem is installing the software that came with it uninstalled my Nuance Pro 7 on the wife's machine and Pro 8 on my machine.

Doesn't Jam; Good Value; Easy to Use; Quality; Performance

Difficult to Set Up; Slow; deletes exist.

Wireless works great, Laser looks great!

Does the job, and quite nicely. The laser quality is very good and it prints quickly, too. The wireless setup was good, but not great since the one-click setup on my wi-fi router was not recognized by the printer.

Efficient; Fast; Good print quality; Good value; Inexpensive; Quiet; Wireless

Large Pdfs When Scanning

Brother MFC 7860DW

The $299 Brother MFC-7860DW monochrome laser printer is an all-in-one solution for offices that don't generally produce graphics prints, but require a versatile machine that can operate as a standalone fax machine, copier, and scanner in addition to its printing duties.

Brother makes it easy to network the MFC-7860DW with collaborators; and its modest price tag makes sense for budget-minded shoppers

Larger offices will feel cramped by the printer's small paper input tray and 10,000-sheet recommended output per month

Very Good All in One

This replaced an older brother machine. It does take about 30-45 mins to set-up (as per all the other reviews), but then works well wirelessly. Brother machines scan thru very quickly and then fax or print (if you're copying) as opposed to other brands which do 1 page at a time.

Easy to Use; Meets Expectations; Features

I would buy this product again

I bought this Multi-purpose laser printer for home office use. It is a great machine for such an affordable price. It is hard to find an equivalent machine at this price point. I would not buy it if you need it for high-volume printing because the printing speed is just average.

Accurate Colors; Efficient; Quiet

Uses Too Much Ink

Great little printer

I bought this printer a few months ago and its been perfect. I was not able to setup over wifi due to the network at my work, but everything else works great. The only negative comment I will say is that when you print even 1 sheet of paper, the fan will run for a few minutes after which is not...
