It just does the job it was bought for, no fuss. I found the free software does it's job. Some reviews criticised the software, but it does what I need without a problem.

Fantastic bit of kit. Scans really quickly and sheet feeder works faultlessly, even with different sized paper and quality. I set it up to scan over the network to a folder on the server which works great. However, it's a real faff to set this up.
