Looks great and worked well for a fortnight. Then stopped cooling and heating the water. Water could be hotter too. Will be asking for a refund.

Every thing good except the lid is a bit flimsy

Great little water station! Filtered water tastes pure and so good having chilled and ambient on tap. Also helps reduce plastic bottle wastage as I drink alot of water.

Worst item I have ever bought the cold water is not cold enough and the hot water is definitely not hot enough So I took it back and got my money back

Good that it does both hot & cold functions. The only negatives about this unit are it is a bit bulky, heavy, the top lid not closing properly and pretty noisy when it is pumping.
