Perfect addition for home barista drinks!

Jumped off my wallet after a failed Aldi & Kmart Milk Frother purchase, where milk would catch and burn on the bottom. This little gem gives latte & cappuccino milk absolutely perfect everytime, straight out of the box! Great for kids making hot chocolate. Perfect for mum's dirty chai. Sensational for making up to 3 perfect hot drinks at a time. Super easy to clean, just rinse or throw in the dishwasher. Onboard storage for 2 froth disc. Perfect size to keep on the bench. We're a skim/light milk family and results are 10/10. Has a perfect little hole in the lid to tip in your hot chocolate or chai powder. This little unit will never leave our bench, unless we're away and it will be coming!

2 weeks in...

I was hesitant about this as I can froth milk perfectly well, but i wanted the convenience. It took a few goes to find the right temp setting snd decide which disc to use, but it now provides consistently good frothed milk every day. We use the frother disc and a spoon to hold back most of the froth and you get silky frothed milk. Easy to wash as long as you rinse straight away. Had this item 2 weeks and made approx 75 cups ...no complaints so far. Havent tried adding anything in milk whilst heating so cant comment on that function.

stopped frothing properly after 1 month of use

I received the Breville Milk Cafe from my son for Christmas who loves the product and uses his often. I have attempted to fill out the form on their website to let them know my product is not frothing like it use to but it is asking for info in which I can't find. It therefore, won't let me contact them via website and there is no email address to send an email. The office is not open after 5 pm and it disconnected me without allowing me to leave a voice mail message to have someone call me back during business hours. I find this very frustruating.
