It is exactly what I needed it to be, not to heavy so I can pull it out when needed, easy to clean, and it cooks really well (I admit to only having cooked hamburgers so far and I havent used in barbecue mode)

Waffle plates are great very easy to use and clean

This unit sears rolls perfectly and offers a lot of control in terms of upper and lower plate heat level. It also makes awesome waffles. My gripe with it is that it does take longer than desired to reach ready temperature. Also the flat plates are hard to clean. And because of the lip on the plates even when in the closed position there's about 8mm gap which means it's hard to toast flat bread on both sides. It's also bigger than the usual sandwich press which means it doesn't fit in my kitchen draw so it's now permanently on the kitchen bench

We bought this product several weeks ago and find we use it at least twice weekly. We bought it mainly for the toastie/waffle function but found ourselves exploring using the press for cooking salmon and coated chicken. Succulent and tasty. It's a perfect no fuss product as you just pop the plates into the dishwasher for cleaning. The handy drip tray (sits at the back) catches anything that drips. We also like how portable it is even if a bit bulky and heavy. We plan on using it for trips away because it's so versatile.

Replaced our George Foreman and Toaster Press! Worth the COVID wait. Love this! Wanted something for toasties but have used it to make Fritters, wraps, bacon and eggs and salmon so far. Easy to clean. Love the independent plate temps and the presets. It has different heights on the press so your items don’t get squashed. Pretty perfect.

This has been an amazing purchase, we love the BBQ & Press Grill. We use it frequently and it has even replaced our toaster. We also bought the waffle plates, which transformed weekend breakfasts, not to mention making waffle omelette!! Loved it so much our sister bought one and we sent them waffle plates for Christmas!

Great device, be good if it got hotter and if the plates didn’t cool down as quickly as they do when cooking. Also the non stick is great but after a couple of months it’s a pain to try to clean. Dishwasher doesn’t get the job done sadly. The waffle plates are separate purchase but fantastic and work brilliantly
