Pro: it works really well once the arm spring tension is sorted. Very manipulatable for screens in any layout, height, etc. Con: the instructions are only pictorial, some words about the adjustment including the load arm spring tensioning would have clarified, but I got there by fiddling.

Works well and good adjustment. Though does needs some space at back of desk so does not work well if desk is up against a wall.

Used this product for the last month and have enjoyed it. Was easy to set up and came with most of the tools I needed to set it up. The screw that holds the plate inside the mounting screw was a pain to get to with a traditional tool but after I managed to get it off it worked well. Suppports 2 27 inch acer montitors well and the gas lifts have no issues once adjusted.

With two 22" monitors in a corner, the arms of the bracket gave enough push from the walls/corner to give concave viewing of the monitors. The bracket of the same style (slightly smaller) would not be suitable for a corner.

Use the device for more than 2 weeks - just works as expected! Really like it. Easy to install - ready to use in 30 min.
