Great product

Solid build and has a lot of flexibility. Works great for holding my second monitor. Changing monitor orientation for different use cases is such a breeze. I've been using it for 4 years.

I needed a way to move my 19.5" tablet monitor out of the way when not in use. This arm works as expected. As noted by another reviewer, the gas tension screw does NOT follow the lefty-losey righty-tighty convention. Also, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the tension between the 2 main arms. Apart from these 2 minor issues, this arm does what I need it to do.

Great Arm.

This arm is working great, have had for a month or two, really nice range of motion, can't complain. The plastic caps covering screws do tent to fall off, makes it feel a little cheap, however the actual mechanisms for adjusting monitor height and angle are very sturdy. Good value for money.

The arm that goes higher

I've got a monitor which has a VESA mount at the top of the screen, meaning I needed a higher arm than most to get it in the right place. This arm works perfectly for my 27" Samsung monitor. Quick to put together, has a huge clamp for different desk thicknesses and adjustable for tension. I'm 6ft3in so this gets it in the sweet spot with an inch or two to spare.

Good tall monitor mount

I spent a long time looking for a monitor monitor as I have a sit-stand desk and I worked out that a lot of the monitor mounts simply do not go high enough for the standing position. The person in the Christchurch Central shop was a great help. So yes it is a definite positive how high or low you can position your monitor with this stand. As other reviewers have pointed out the instructions that come with it are really not much help at all - you need to turn the locking mechanism on the arm with an Allen key the opposite direction to what you think to tighten. I have only just installed and it will be fine and seems solid enough but why...view more
