Plug and play and super easy to use. Because the cable is 6m long you can walk around when plug in. I have a mic I use for podcast but this is way easier, cheaper and super effective. Very low noise and fits with most equipment with a USB-C connector. (Including my camera that doesn't have a 3mm mic plug)
