Bound by flame review
This in all honesty wasnt a bad game. but it wasnt great either. the game had promise from the beginning. they couldve went so far with this game and gave it a lengthy and awesome story but no instead they gave this game a measly like 10 hour campaign and thats really it.

Bound By Flame
For a small studio like Spider, this is a great little game. This game is on the bring of being a great game, but you can see that it has been created by a smaller team with a smaller budget. At times the game looks superb and feels fluid, sometimes it feels like a real drag.

"A solid RPG title with a few flaws..."
In Bound by Flame, players can choose their own destiny and carve their own story path by selecting whether or not they can stay being human or, follow the path of the possessed as a demon can tempt and grant the protagonist with additional powers.

It looks great.
It looks fantastic, visually pleasing, but it's trying too hard to be The Witcher and it just fails.

Bound by Flame

Spiders Studio has stepped up to the plate with Bound by Flame, an RPG that pits the player as a mercenary (named Vulcan, no matter which sex or even name you choose) trying to fight against the...
Pros:
- Always great to tailor gameplay to your preferences and watch your decisions throughout the game
- no matter how small
- have an impact on the overall story
Cons:
- Nothing feels that innovative
- as if the developers hand-picked their favorite elements from various RPGs and worked them in

Bound by Flame Review
Bound By Flame has one huge strength: the harmony between its entertaining combat and role-playing systems. Granted, its weak storytelling does weigh it down, and its performance on PS4 is a bit of a bummer, but the strong core of its gameplay powers it through to transcend these flaws.
Pros:
- Responsive combat
- Meaningful progression
- Fitting music
Cons:
- Inconsistent writing and voice acting
- Meaningless story choices
