bought the product 2 weeks ago, and I must say of all the bootooth devices this is to most frustrating experiace! no other device is so challanging to re-connect, every time is a struggle! the support side is utterly useless (make sure it;s switched on / REALLY . .

I had problems connecting this to my WiFi network and after a long telephone conversation with Bose customer support I was finally told that the speaker does not work with 802.11n networks (which is what Virgin Media fibre optic provides).

I bought these speakers for my 12 years daughter who is very pleased to have them. The voice is very good although we haven't used them outdoor yet. The variety of colours and choices are there and no doubt Bose is the leader. Customer service was brilliant, staff did the price match too.

After a year of use the speaker will not charge and will not come on. Haven't used it much. I'm disappointed in this. I bought 5 of them to give as gifts for Christmas. Just hope the others are doing well.

The Bose SoundLink Wireless Mobile offers a classy design and it's simple enough to operate, but it's let down by a high price tag, distinctly average sound quality and its weight. We think you'd be better off shopping around for a cheaper, more portable speaker.

Sound quality OK but not great, could be louder. Battery life a bit short. This is supposed to be an updated model, not really seeing what they have updated, other than the design of the case. A bit disappointing!
