At first, it took me a little bit to get used to having them in my ear and adjusting it to fit properly without it bothering me at night. I honestly don't remember the last time that I've had a good night's rest. My partner has sleep apnea and there have been so many sleepless nights. I've tried so many different things and nothing has ever worked until I found the sleepbuds. They snuggled right into my ear and gave me just the right amount of soothing music that drowned out my partner's snoring. The white noise and soothing spa music was the best.
