I've had both the first gen and second gen of this product as they worked so well for blocking out my snoring husband that I've almost become reliant on them for sleeping. However from both sets I begin to start having problems with battery life after about 6 months of constant use and then only have a 2 year life span at best for both with the battery problems just becoming worse across that time. At the beginning battery life is a good 8-9 hours overnight by the end of the 2 years I'm lucky if I don't spend 15 mins just trying to connect it to get it working and then them dying in a few hours after that through the night. I would still recommend this product however I think the price should be decreased given it's life span for use.

In a bid to make up for the mistakes the original Sleepbuds made, Bose’s latest sleep-masking earbuds bring plenty of improvements, such as a much better, comfier fit, increased battery life and a better range of sounds to help you drift off.

Extremely comfortable; Great build quality; Masks external noises very well

Expensive; Not for everyone; Limited number of sounds

Bose Sleepbuds II 841013-0010 review

The Bose SleepBuds II are undoubtedly among the most comfortable earbuds to use when falling asleep, even for side sleepers, but the high price and restrictions on playing music or podcasts from outside the Bose Sleep app may put some off.

Comfortable fit; Stays in the ear; Great for side-sleepers

Can't listen to music or podcasts; Long charge time; Expensive

Bose Sleepbuds II 841013-0010 review

Like I imagine many of us do these days, I often have trouble sleeping. To add to that, I have always been a light sleeper and can be easily awakened by a variety of noises: an especially loud siren outside, a crack of thunder, the heat suddenly coming on in the early morning hours.

Comfortable to wear; Masks a good range of external noises; Variety of sounds to use; Can improve sleep patterns

Expensive for a single-use product; Isn’t effective for all external noises; Usefulness depends on individual environment and circumstances

Bose Sleepbuds II simply work. I've been getting more and better sleep than ever thanks to them.

Block out my partner's snoring and other noises; Marked improvement in my sleep; Comfortable to wear

Pricey; Can only be used with the Bose Sleep app

In a bid to make up for the mistakes the original Sleepbuds made, Bose’s latest sleep-masking earbuds bring plenty of improvements, such as a much better, comfier fit, increased battery life and a better range of sounds to help you drift off. The design is exactly what you’d expect from Bose, with everything exuding a high-end, sleek aesthetic you’d be proud to sit on your bedside table. Performance is just as good, too, successfully masking the annoying sounds that keep you from getting some much-needed rest. However, this comes at a cost - one which might prove just a little too much for those looking to get a decent night’s rest. If you suffer from poor sleep and you’ve got the money to throw at it, the Bose Sleepbuds II could be the gadget of your dreams.

Sleep , it’s an essential part of life. We all need it, but sometimes we don’t always get enough of it. I’ve suffered from lack of sleep for years, but I’ve found ways to help mitigate it, and things have improved.

Nicely designed, Comfortable and small, Easy to use and operate, These really helped my son fall asleep and stay asleep longer than ever has, Simple app and easy to use, Price is worth what you get, We got about 3.5 nights of use with charging case, not bad but would like that improved

I do wish battery lasted longer but for their size, it's really a small gripe
