Well-designed. Battery is more reliable than first-gen version. Solid connectivity. Expanded sound library. Helped me get an uninterrupted night's sleep.

Too expensive. Can't play your own music or podcasts. Phone-free mode disables alarms. You have to be very intentional with how you use them.

While comfortable and effective, minor issues pile up for this $250 single-purpose gadget..

I've had both the first gen and second gen of this product as they worked so well for blocking out my snoring husband that I've almost become reliant on them for sleeping. However from both sets I begin to start having problems with battery life after about 6 months of constant use and then only have a 2 year life span at best for both with the battery problems just becoming worse across that time. At the beginning battery life is a good 8-9 hours overnight by the end of the 2 years I'm lucky if I don't spend 15 mins just trying to connect it to get it working and then them dying in a few hours after that through the night. I would still recommend this product however I think the price should be decreased given it's life span for use.
