These buds excel with their many Active Noise Cancellation features, but that's about it

Noise-cancelling as good as you’d expect from Bose ; 11 levels of ANC in the app; Good seal; Bassy but balanced listen;

Touch controls initially confusing, and no volume slider; Case is enormous ;

While the sound, case, charging, and fit are all decent, the controls are woefully lacking. The volume, stop / pause / answer are all controlled by gestures in the right earbud but the gestures controlled by the left earbud forward / back for selections, need to be selected in the app prior to using .. so if I’m riding my bike while listening, I actually need to pull out my mobile device and select or change the left (forward or reverse) gesture prior to using it ; this is just STUPID. I actually returned another Bose wave speaker for a similar reason (the app never worked correctly) The app for the earbuds works but it’s a dumb design
