These 'buds keep ambient noise at bay, while the comfort is supreme for a pair of in-ears. Add that to sound that'll make all your favourite songs sound amazing, and it's hard to think of a more complete pair of true wireless in-ears in terms pure music enjoyment.- Great noise-cancelling
- Fantastic sound quality

- Wireless charging case an added bonus

Bose took its sweet time making wireless earbuds with noise-cancellation. But the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are finally available and, well, they're fantastic.

It’s Bose’s second attempt at a set of true wireless headphones, and the QuietComfort Earbuds are leaps and bounds better than the older SoundSport Free. Not only is the design a lot better, the noise cancellation is exemplary.- Best-in-class ANC

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds - SoapStone 831262-0020 review
Bose has come a long way since the SoundSport Free. The company had years to perfect its next set(s) of true wireless earbuds, and it’s created a tempting package. The QuietComfort Earbuds have powerful ANC and great overall sound quality, plus premium features like wireless charging.
Very difficult to use
I've already discouraged 3 people from buying these . I am constantly required to reconnect with my devices; the bluetooth function only permits one device at a time. So if you're connected to your phone and want to use them on your tablet, you must physically disconnect from the phone 1st. If it's nearby great; if it's not you need to get and disconnect before you can use it on your device.... over and over again. It is quite inconvenient and time consuming. There is very little product support as well. I'm referred to product help but it doesn't work unless I'm connected. If you have a fix for this annoyance great; otherwise these are coming back!

When it comes to noise cancellation, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds outshines every wireless earbud model out there. Bose set its sights on creating the best noise-cancelling experience in the true wireless space, and the QuietComfort Earbuds accomplish this with gusto.- Superb active noise cancellation, Warm, rich sound quality, Transparency mode blends with ANC, Excellent mics for calls and digital assistant use, Instant connectivity
- Disappointing battery life, Bulky and heavy
Bose QuietComfort Earbuds - SoapStone review
While the sound, case, charging, and fit are all decent, the controls are woefully lacking. The volume, stop / pause / answer are all controlled by gestures in the right earbud but the gestures controlled by the left earbud forward / back for selections, need to be selected in the app prior to using .. so if I’m riding my bike while listening, I actually need to pull out my mobile device and select or change the left (forward or reverse) gesture prior to using it ; this is just STUPID. I actually returned another Bose wave speaker for a similar reason (the app never worked correctly) The app for the earbuds works but it’s a dumb design
