Bose Companion 20 Speakers
I bought these speakers for my desktop to compliment my new iMac which they do very well. This is a well thought out product that is very easy to set up. Although expensive, this is a quality set of speakers if you are not too heavy into bass.
Pros:
- Durable
- Easy To Configure
- Lightweight
- Quiet
- Versatile
Cons:
- Could Use More Baas
- Pricey

"Best Laptop Speakers I've ever owned"
I bought these because of the Bose Name. When I hooked them up, which by the way is so easy, the sound wowed me! True sound that really fills the entire room. No matter where in the room I am the sound is the same as if I'm sitting in front of them. The bass is as it should be, pounding.

Computer Speakers
I changed my desk top this year and need to add good quality speakers for viewing YouTube or online movies etc. Bose Companion 20 provides good value for my purpose. It is easy to install. I like the on/off and volume control device.

Great speakers from BOSE, but a little EQ messing around is required.
I'm not a Fanboy of BOSE, but these speakers are surprisingly great. I listen to a wide array of music, all of which sound great on these versatile speakers. The Bose 20 Companion series offer a mighty punch for such a small desk footprint, they give a tight punch in bass while mid lows and highs...
Pros:
- -Nice, minimalist looking speakers
- -Design and durability is excellent -Lots of bass especially from a 2.0 system -Very fluid turn volume knob with a touch sensitive on and off button -Titanium mesh to protect speakers -Plug and play -Volume Knob has both auxilary input and headphone jack.

- -No EQ -Bass can sometimes get somewhat overwhelming with certain genres

SUPERB! Listening to my favourite CDs in a way iv'e not heard them before, great sound from small but attractive speakers. Highly recommended.

Faulty control pod
The speaker sounds great as long as you are not using a reference speaker next to it. If you listen to this you will hear frequencies you never heard before on the same song. It used to be boomy then my control pod gave way after a year. Spent 2 years with the faulty control pod.

This products performance is unbelievable.
This product is being used as PC speakers, and they are awesome. The sound quality is unbelievable. I have found any faults with this product. I would recommend it to everyone, family, friends, and whoever.

Awesome sound!
We own several different Bose speaker systems throughout our home. Purchase this set of speakers to connect to a Laptop in a separate gaming room... Outstanding the power and sound that comes from these speakers! WOW! Fills the room! Very pleased with this purchase.

Outstanding sound, clear and well dispersed.
I expected something from Bose to be in the top tier and was pleasantly reassured the minute I fired them up. Definitely worth the price. Equate the extra cost of these over a couple years of listening and it's a logical choice. Exceptional, clear, quality of sound.
