great for simmering, the fry sensor helps you make sure you don't burn oil. heat spreads evenly. definitely recommend

Not 100% happy with this cooktop, it doesnt heat as fast as we thought it would and more noticeably when you boil something on setting 9, if you turn the setting down to 7 it goes off the boil, so we are not sure what you would cook on settings 6 or below ??. Overall not as good as were lead to believe by the Good Guys salesperson. However, it does produce good heat to get a cast iron pan sizzling a good steak. We probably just have to get used to it !!!

Easy to use.

Have been using for about 3 months now. Easy to use. The flex zone works really with oversized pans and provides an even heat.
