very good product
I very much like the way the gas is so easy to control and that the burner covers do not get brown all the time and need scrubbing the way my previous gas cooktop did. However the knobs turning on the gas are a little fragile (plastic not metal) and one was damaged within two months. This is not a deal breaker except the Bosch customer service was not as helpful as one could have wished in getting a replacement knob even though I was paying. However this may having been due to Covid lockdown in Victoria. Overall though a very good product as far as cooking and looks.

Best set out
I ENJOY COOKING BUT MY PREVIOUS STOVE TOP DIDN'T GO LOW ENOUGH TO COOK WELL. I LOVE THE 9 HEAT SETTINGS AND CAN NOW LEAVE THINGS TO SIMMER PROPERLY WHERE ONCE I HAD TO STAND GUARD OVER THE COOKING. IT'S EASY TO CLEAN AND I JUST LOVE THE WOK BURNER SET OFF TO THE SIDE. OVERALL I AM REALLY VERY VERY HAPPY.
