We have had two of these. The first one died after four years and Bosch replaced it as a "goodwill" gesture but really because they had no choice under New Zealand consumer law. The replacement has now died after four years. This is the worst fridge ever. Don't touch it.

Great product. Nicely lit inside, handy door alarm, just don't find door shelves to be practically sized but I'll get used to it. Great fridge.
