Works well, good even cooking with multiple heating elements that all complement each other. Door seals well and is child safe. Program on off times, or just use standard timmer.

Purchased to replace an older Ilve oven this oven heats fast and easy to use controls. A small icon of a thermometer goes out when set temperature reached. For more exact heat control I recommend a higher priced Bosch model. This oven is adequate for our requirements and well priced in lower pricing bracket.

Wow ovens sure have come a long way!! Highly Recommended!!
