Billions of Guns Equals Tons of Fun, Again

It's been a few years since the original team of vault hunters cracked open the vault/alien-prison and ended Borderlands. Not much has changed on the planet Pandora. It's still a lawless wasteland populated by murderers, psychopaths and gangs, and that's just the people in charge.

30 reviews in 30 Days, Day 30 – Borderlands 2

When I was planning for 30 Reviews in 30 Days, I wanted to start and end with a bang. Last time I did this, I ended with reviews of my top 5 games, but I could not do that again. As I was looking at what was coming out around this time, it hit me: review the game that could easily make many people's...

Borderlands 2

As I sit here writing this review it's almost three years to the day since Gearbox Software and 2K Games released a new IP on the world.

Borderlands 2

Returning to fill your pockets and empty rounds is the hyper-addictive Borderlands. Tagged "A new era of shoot and loot", you better believe it, Borderlands 2 is bazillion'd up.

Bigger and Badder version of Borderlands; Enjoyable new and old characters; Fun character classes with endless replay value; Graphical and core gameplay improvements; Little more room for exploration and customization; Hyper addictive loot gathering

Vehicles selection is still limited; Formula can get tiresome in long sittings; Not too much is new; for those wanting more diversity

Borderlands 2 Review

I don't like what I'm going to say about Borderlands 2 because it's difficult to objectively support. I'm going to say it anyway and do my best to provide evidence. The game is arrogant in its brash humor and elegant in its systemic execution.

Loot; upgrades; and missions abound; Handsome Jack makes a proper baddie; Bonerfarts

Humor is difficult to swallow; Missions become repetitive; Bonerfarts

Gearbox Software knew it had a hit on its hands after the massive success that was Borderlands. Now the company has released the sequel to their FPS/RPG hybrid in an attempt to improve upon the original.

Borderlands 2: catchup review

Borderlands was a 2009 release which sought to exploit the MMO-style desire of latent OCD suffering gamers across the world to collect bigger and better loot. It saw great success thanks to this feature and a solid co-operative system, despite never really trying particularly hard with plot.

Will games still be made for the original Wii once the Wii U is reslaeed?I only just got a Wii last christmas so i probably won't be buying the next Wii system. So what i wanna know is will Wii games still be made, or will they stop making Wii games when the Wii U is out?

Borderlands 2: Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage

With the Mechromancer class, Captain Scarlett's pirate adventure, and now Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, Borderlands 2 is extending its base experience at a breakneck pace. Is this second DLC episode a billowing megaton spectacle or merely a smoldering dud?

Borderlands 2 – review

With its exuberant mix of cartoonish graphics, adolescent humour and preposterous violence, Borderlands was the surprise hit of 2009. But wouldn't the inevitable sequel just be more of the same politically incorrect shoot-and-loot action? Well, yes it is and thank goodness for that.
