Not a combat simulator but a very fun game none the less. Upgrade points earned through the campaign allow you to increase the effectivness of your planes. A new feature in this is the ability to customize your planes paint job with tons of different colors. Adds a fun spin to the game.

well, i jus got it, cause of the old reviews... this game has me talking straight profanity at it...:).. cant stop playing.. dont remember being this stuck sense battlefield 1....got it a week ago, and at captain already... froze once, but smooth after that..

Obviously reviews are very passionate affairs, but what many appear to lose is any sense of objectivity or restraint, often having hidden agendas underneath their so-called 3-line reviews... So here's an impartial one...

It's time to take to the skies once again in Blazing Angels II. As rogue operatives in a slightly fantastical World War II scenario, this time the what-ifs are a little more out there, and so are the planes and weapons.

I like this game!!! It is fun and challenging. At first, I rented it 5 years ago when it was expensive. Now that I found it on ebay, I never had a doubt of bidding for this game. It is worth the price.

Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII is an improvement over its predecessor, but still suffers from a few obvious flaws in its design to be considered a 'must-have' title. However, if you dig flying planes and shooting stuff, this title is certainly worth checking out.

I played Blazing Angels 1 some time ago (I may have even done a review on it, I cant remember) - this game was released a couple of years after the original and I think Ubisoft took on board most of the feedback comments from gamers from the original instalment.

An eventful foray into the underbelly of Military development during war-time which delivers some interesting weapons. Multi-level and challenging ( unless you use the cheats which negates the point ). Thoroughly enjoyable and frustrating at the same time.
